PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A Portland man has been found guilty of failing to obey a lawful order and creating a disturbance at the ICE facility in South Portland.
According to court documents, on June 21, 2025, 35-year-old David Pearl was among a group blocking law enforcement vehicles from leaving the ICE facility and refused orders to disperse.
