Portland police find man with gunshot wound walking down the street

PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – The Portland Police Bureau (PPB) detained two people in Southeast Portland on Wednesday afternoon, after one person was found walking down the street with a gunshot wound.

Just after 11:20 Wednesday afternoon, police responded to the area of Southeast Foster Road and the I-205 interchange. According to PPB, someone called in a welfare check on an adult male who appeared to be bleeding as he was walking down the street. Once police located the man, they determined he had been shot.

PPB told FOX 12 that officers determined the shooting took place outside a home in the 6300 block of Southeast 96th Avenue. Police told FOX 12 there were two people inside the home. Both people were cooperative and were detained by the police; however, one man was released without charges…
