PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Police arrested two men in east Portland last Sunday for allegedly firing over 30 shots in a parking lot off of Glisan Street before going into a nearby smoke shop, which one of the men owned.
The shooting happened shortly before 8 a.m. on Sunday, February 15 in the 15700 block of Northeast Glisan Street.
