PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Once again, at least two groups of nudists are slated to cycle across the Rose City this summer.
The Portland World Naked Bike Ride is scheduled for Saturday, July 25. Organizers of an offshoot event recently announced the separate World Naked Bike Ride Portland will occur just two weeks later on Saturday, Aug. 8.

Dubbed “PDXWNBR” for short, the original ride has served as a demonstration against “dependence on oil” since 2004 — attracting as many as 10,000 participants at its peak. But the organization announced it would miss its 20th anniversary due to a lack of planning for the 2024 demonstration.
