Police make arrest linked to prolific RANGO graffiti tag, seize 150+ spray paint cans

PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A yearslong investigation into the graffiti tag RANGO has ended with an arrest and the seizure of more than 150 spray paint cans, Portland Police said.

Portland Police and the city’s graffiti program say they’ve received reports of the RANGO tag on public and private property for years. They estimate the damage in the tens of thousands of dollars.
