Fran Duncan of Clark County has worn many hats over the years. She has been a CIA operative traveling across Latin America and Europe. She spent more than four decades in classrooms from Florida to Clark County.

Today, she is a steady presence in the local horse world, serving as secretary of the Clark County Saddle Club and remaining active with the Clark County Executive Horse Council.
