Portland-born beer hall Loyal Legion is gearing up to land in downtown Vancouver this spring, bringing its high-tap, draft-first playbook to a former longtime brewpub anchored by a roomy patio. The move will add another draft-heavy stop to Washington Street, and the team is already rolling out a string of community pop-ups as a sneak peek.
