PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – The self-proclaimed “largest food cart plaza” in America has soft-opened in Vancouver, Wash.
The Vancouver Station Food Cart Plaza developers say their food cart pod is the largest in the country with space for over 40 food vendors, a coffee shop, ice cream shop, private rooms, and more.
