PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — One person was critically injured, and a suspect was arrested after a shooting in Northeast Portland.
According to Portland police, officers responded to a shooting near the 11300 block of Northeast Sandy Boulevard, where they found an injured victim with life-threatening injuries.
