VANCOUVER, Wash. (KPTV) – A new food cart plaza recently soft opened on the east side of Vancouver, with its general manager calling it the largest food cart plaza in America.
“Portland has had its fair share of food cart pods, and we felt Vancouver deserved to have its own out here,” Ryan Biornstad said. “We saw a need in Vancouver, especially East Vancouver, for something community oriented where we could bring something together.”
Vancouver Station Food Carts sits just off Southeast 164th Avenue. Biornstad said the establishment has 44 food cart spots as well as an indoor pod with a full cocktail bar, ice cream, coffee and event space…
