PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – Mud and water have prompted a closure of N Interstate Avenue southbound in North Portland on Thursday afternoon.
The Portland Bureau of Transportation says the southbound lanes of N Interstate Ave have been closed at N Russel Street as of 2:18 p.m.
