VANCOUVER, Wash. — Parents at an elementary school in Vancouver, Washington, are raising concerns about safety at a nearby crosswalk after a student was struck by a car while walking to school.
The incident happened Thursday morning near Edgewood Elementary School. According to the school district, the student was taken to the hospital but did not suffer serious injuries.
