PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Two people who died in an early morning wrong-way crash on March 9 on Interstate 5 near Ridgefield have been identified.
The crash happened at Milepost 11 near SR 502 at 3:15 a.m., according to Washington State Patrol.

Portland resident Ruben Hernandez Hernandez, 30, and 40-year-old Rebecca Hantho, of La Center, Wash., were identified as the respective drivers, WSP said.
According to officials, the car driven by Hernandez Hernandez was traveling south on the northbound lane of I-5, while the car being driven by Hantho was traveling north. Hernandez Hernandez’s car then struck Hantho’s car head-on.
