Authorities are asking for the public’s help identifying a man whose remains were found months ago in North Portland.
The Multnomah County Medical Examiner’s Office said partial human remains were discovered Sept. 8, 2025, at Smith and Bybee Wetlands Natural Area, 5300 N. Marine Dr., in Portland.
