Police: Man in Batman mask used slurs, chased victim with pitchfork

VANCOUVER, Wash. (KATU) — A Vancouver man was arrested on several charges, including a hate crime, after an incident early Tuesday morning near a gas station, according to authorities.

According to court documents, police were called to a reported disturbance at a 76 gas station near Southeast 112th Avenue and Mill Plain Boulevard.
