Missing 16-Year-Old Girl in Portland: Police Ask For Your Help

PORTLAND, OR – Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 16-year-old girl who may be at risk.

The Portland Police Bureau says Tearny Elbrader was last seen March 9 near Southeast 92nd Avenue and Mt. Scott Boulevard after leaving home late at night.

Investigators say she may have a medical condition, raising concerns about her safety.
