Human-sized nest and massive cocoon on display as crime survivors share art in Beaverton exhibit

BEAVERTON, Ore. — A new and deeply personal art exhibit is opening Friday night in Beaverton, featuring powerful works created by survivors of violent crime in the local community.

From a massive cocoon to a human-sized nest, the exhibit at The Patricia Reser Center for the Arts — known colloquially as The Reser — showcases art in recognition of Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Prevention Month.
