PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — The St. Johns Bridge is closed to all traffic in both directions as police and fire crews respond to an emergency situation.
The call went out just before 4 p.m. According to Portland Fire and Rescue, a person climbed over the railing on the bridge.
