NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Lafayette Park near Granby Street will be closing at 7 p.m. daily for the foreseeable future, according to a Facebook post by Norfolk Parks and Recreation.
The announcement was made June 5 at 4:11 p.m., just hours before the the change went into effect.
