Arrest made in Norfolk attempted abduction case involving weapon
After Norfolk Police received reports of a man approaching two separate women on June 4, 47-year-old James Davis now faces a list of charges. He turned himself in on June 6.
During the nine-minute interview inside the Norfolk City Jail, Davis was very emotional about 10 family members he had recently lost. However, the questions kept coming back to the charges, and what he had to say about them.
