VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – The owners of a beloved Virginia Beach corner store have announced plans to retire.
Mark Malbon posted Sunday on Facebook: “We want to address the many rumors circulating about Malbon Bros Corner Mart & BBQ. After 30 wonderful years serving this community, my brother and I have decided it’s time to begin preparing for retirement.”
Over the phone, Malbon confirmed to 10 On Your Side that they are not selling the property, but will be leasing the convenience store to 7-Eleven and the car wash to Autobell…
