NORFOLK, Va., (WAVY) — U.S. Marshals arrested a man from New York on a conspiracy to commit murder warrant on June 9.
Taquan Collins, 21, was taken to the Norfolk City Jail after being arrested on Kingston Avenue in Norfolk, according to Robert Bower with the U.S. Marshals.
