HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) – Hampton police are investigating a fatal single-vehicle crash on Neil Armstrong Parkway that occurred near the Commander Shepard Boulevard overpass Wednesday afternoon.
Officials say that multiple reports of a single-vehicle crash on Neil Armstrong Parkway were received at 1:42 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers located an adult male driver and an adult female passenger.
