PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Four people were displaced following a residential structure fire Thursday afternoon on the Median Circle, caused by unattended cooking.
Units with the Portsmouth Fire Rescue & Emergency Services and Chesapeake Fire Department responded to the 100 block of Median Circle at approximately 12 p.m. Upon arrival, crews reported smoke coming from the structure with active fire visible from the exterior.
