PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — A man who had previously been arrested on drug and gun charges and was out on bond has been arrested again on similar charges, Portsmouth Police said Friday.
Charles Ervin Livermon, 31, was arrested Tuesday by Portsmouth Police detectives with its special investigations unit for outstanding drug and gun warrants, as detectives recovered 31 grams of suspected fentanyl and 3.9 grams of suspected crack cocaine, according to police. Two more guns were also recovered after police secured and executed a search warrant, Portsmouth Police said.
