VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – The third annual Point Break Festival drew some 30,000 people to the Virginia Beach Oceanfront over the weekend.
Fans packed the beach on Saturday and Sunday to hear some of their favorite bands. Doors opened at noon each day with live music going all day into the night on multiple stages.
