VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY)– A man faces charges after being found nude near the Town Center area in Virginia Beach Monday afternoon.
Police were called to the 200 block of Constitution Drive just after 5 p.m. for the report of an individual observed in a state of public nudity. When officers arrived on scene, they found a nude man.
