Neighbors think yard nextdoor violates debris accumulation code, calling it a ‘junkyard’

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — People who live near a Chesapeake home say it’s more like a junkyard.

When you look at the home in the 3300 block of Tyre Neck Road, then you know what the issue is: clothes, furniture, plastic bins and more on the yard, in the driveway and along the curb.

The man who lives in the house is Blair Hess. He saw 10 On Your Side out here again Wednesday and called Chesapeake Police.  We weren’t sure why he called the police because we never went on property. We were completely on the public street and on the right of way…
