NORFOLK, Va. (WTKR/CNN Newsource) – A Virginia police officer and a group of strangers helped rescue a woman trapped in her car in a 7-foot sinkhole in Norfolk.
The dramatic rescue was caught on police body camera as water rushed inside the vehicle.
