NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – A Guatemalan man was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers following a targeted vehicle stop in Norfolk on Saturday, June 27.
According to a U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) spokesperson, multiple targeted operations were conducted by officers throughout Norfolk on Saturday.
