CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — A man was seriously injured, and another is in police custody, after a shooting on Railroad Avenue in Chesapeake Monday afternoon, according to the Chesapeake Police Department.
On June 29 at around 3:35 p.m., the department responded to the 1100 block of Railroad Avenue for the report of gunshots heard and a person who had been shot.
