(WAVY) — The Port of Virginia is the second-busiest port in the country for the recovery of stolen vehicle exports, so it’s no surprise that at the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s centralized examination station at the port, you’ll find lots of intercepted items — stolen vehicles among them.
