Brennan Feldman, who played a crucial role in rescuing a woman trapped inside an SUV engulfed by a sinkhole in downtown Norfolk, is recounting his experience during the intense rescue.
He was driving toward downtown Norfolk during heavy rain on June 23 when he noticed the vehicle partially submerged in floodwater. Feldman felt an immediate urge to help.
