NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — There are still no suspects in a shooting on Church Street in Norfolk that claimed the life of 20-year-old Tale Fuller last Friday.

Wednesday, the man’s family remembered him as police try to solve the case. Fuller’s family told 10 On Your Side he had just celebrated a birthday and welcomed a baby girl. The family is now navigating the sudden loss.
“He had a smile that could light up the room,” a relative said.
