PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – A man is dead following a hostage situation in Portsmouth today, according to a spokesperson.
According to police, officers responded to reports of a domestic assault near the intersection of Pullman Avenue and Turnpike Road at approximately 3:53 p.m.
