NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Two people sought the help of a medic following a two-vehicle crash Sunday night in Norfolk, according to police.
Officers were called to the intersection of Mona and Dominion Avenues for the report of a two-vehicle accident at approximately 9:10 p.m.
