CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — A woman was hurt after striking a parked car Monday night in the Western Branch section of Chesapeake, according to police.
Officers responded to the 4100 block of Dock Landing Road in reference to a single-vehicle accident at approximately 10:15 p.m.
