CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Four people and two pets were displaced following a kitchen fire Monday evening in the South Norfolk section of Chesapeake.
Units with the Chesapeake Fire Department responded to the 900 block of Portland Street for a residential structure fire.
