NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Four days after residents at the John Knox Towers in Ghent staged a sleep-in protest over conditions in the senior high-rise, they showed some of the problems Thursday that its management company told 10 On Your Side it is addressing.
An elevator that hasn’t worked for months, leaving long waits for the only remaining elevator, along with a building phone system that is down, are two of the main complaints.
