VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — The Hallow by Samaritan House unveiled a new multi-purpose feature at its shelter to help young victims of human trafficking.
A newly-constructed backyard was unveiled during a ribbon cutting ceremony Friday at the shelter, with Samaritan House officials hoping it will give victims a space to heal.
