NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Cousinz Festival at Norfolk Scope in Norfolk moved indoors Saturday due to weather conditions in the city, according to a statement from the festival.
The Cousinz Festival took place at Norfolk Scope on Sept. 5, featuring performances from musical acts like T.I. and Keyshia Cole. Festival gates were originally scheduled to open at 1 p.m.
