NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Officials at Norfolk International Airport (ORF) recently provided an update on the construction for their new consolidated rental car facility.
Airport officials took to Facebook, showing the construction site for the facility. As a tradition of good luck, officials put money in the pit of the final pile.
