VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Police say a man arrested in connection with an August shooting in Virginia Beach was captured with the help of automated license plate reader technology.
Detectives with the Virginia Beach Police Department’s Third Precinct Crime Suppression Squad announced an arrest in a shooting that occurred on Aug. 24 in the 5700 block of Northampton Boulevard.
