PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — The Portsmouth Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in locating a missing 17-year-old girl and her 11-month-old child.
Katrice McDougal was last seen Friday morning in the 1100 block of Victory Boulevard with her child. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a blue and brown wig and a colorful knit cap.
Police described McDougal as about 5 feet, 1 inch tall and weighing around 100 pounds.
Police add the 11-month-old child is not believed to be any danger currently…
