Three accused of stealing copper pipes from Fort Monroe

HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) — After a yearlong investigation, three people have been arrested in connection with an Oct. 2025 grand larceny investigation involving stolen metals from Fort Monroe, according to the Hampton Police Division.

On Oct. 14, 2025, Hampton Police responded to Fort Monroe on complaints of stolen salvageable metals and property damage.
