NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — All of the westbound lanes on I-264 in the Downtown Tunnel in Norfolk have reopened after closing due to a crash Friday evening, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
As of 9:40 p.m. on Sept. 18, all westbound lanes were closed on I-264 in the Downtown Tunnel.
