NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Complaints over active water leaks at a high-rise apartment building in Norfolk’s Ghent neighborhood continue as a resident pushes management to address ongoing infrastructure problems.
Earlier this month, Christine Bonavita, a resident of Pembroke Towers, reported active leaks inside her unit. On Monday afternoon, Bonavita reported discovering yet another new leak in her apartment.
