VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A man was arrested following the execution of a search warrant when multiple firearms, pounds of marijuana and edibles were seized, according to the Virginia Beach Police Department.
In coordination with the Special Investigations Bureau, SWAT and Crime Suppression Squads, several search warrants were served including one at OMG Everything, located at 1818 Atlantic Avenue. It resulted in the seizure of eight firearms, 154 pounds of marijuana, over 52 pounds of psilocybin edibles, three pounds of THC edibles and more than 11,000 mL of THC oil.

Following the operation, James H. May, 67, was arrested Sept. 9 and charged with possession of a firearm while manufacturing marijuana, three felony counts of possession with intent to distribute marijuana and one misdemeanor count of possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
