VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – A man faces charges in connection to an assault that occurred on September 8 in Virginia Beach.
Police say that reported assault occurred in the 5800 block of Newtown Arch. When officers arrived on scene, they found a man suffering from injuries.
He declined EMS treatment.
On September 17, officers with the Fugitive Apprehension Squad arrested 37-year-old Giorgio Little in connection to this incident. He faces the following charges:
- malicious wounding
- petty larceny
- brandishing
