NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Friday marked another day of tidal flooding across our region, and the Mermaid City was no exception to the effects of Mother Nature.
Norfolk Emergency Management Coordinator Daniel Hudson said Llewellyn, the Hague and parts of Ocean View have been getting slammed the last few days as the nor’easter moves through the area.

And if you’ve driven along Hampton Boulevard, you may have seen signs warning that there’s high water on the roadway just past Old Dominion University.
“What we are trying to do is have some visual deterrents for people that there’s going to be water in the roadway, and for them to turn around and find an alternate route,” Hudson said…
